Built an AI-driven automation to replace a manual, quarterly process where account managers individually prepared and distributed financial templates to channel partners across a regional network. The solution auto-generates the correct documents, distributes them on schedule, and sends confirmation notifications back to the account manager — removing the need for manual intervention entirely.
